relation way：

　 you may call, facsimile transmission, E-mail or ask price in net and so on.
　 the working time is 9:00-17:00 on Monday to Saturday in Beijing HQ, Beijing sale department and shanghai office .
the working time is 9：30--17：30 on Monday to Sunday in shenzhen office..

remittance way：

Consumer may give money through check, telegraphic money order telegraph, P.O. , Postoffice or zhaoshang bank and so on. After receiving your remittance voucher,we will give you cargo
immediately .but user who give money through P.O. , Postoffice,we received the ticket or remittance and give you cargo.User who give money through Postoffice should full in cargo list P.S. If list is full,you may send a fax.We will ship the partno on time according to the PO after receiving the payment.

management way and price ：

We make mainly wholesaling.Before buying cargo,you'd better relate us in tel,fax and confirmate price.We have really cargo in IC stock list,in case of no cargo,we were to give you drawback.If we have no cargo and must to offer batch cargo,we will answer in 24 hour.After confirmating date of giving cargo and price,user should pay for 30%.

post fee and freight：

User who buy little batch cargo,we will send it in passing quikly,but user give Post fee themselves .User who buy many cargo can discuss with us about fee..

sending cargo：

For user who buy little batch cargo,after receiving money or fax,we will send it meanwhile:For user who buy many cargo,we will send it in 48.If user reservate cargo,we will tell user and send cargo in 24 after receiving money.We will ship the partno on time according to the PO after receiving the payment.

service of selling：

We undertake that our cargo is real,and assume quality undertaking.If user find cargo defect in 30 days and we accept ,we will change all defect cargo or drawback.because IC production deforme easly and have much science content,we demand user to use socket when use IC in order to decrease tussie .we don't accept the production what have directly solder on board.we assume lower duty than the value witch user buy cargo in and don't assume duty for indirectly loss.If user use it with error way and lead it to deformation ,we will not assume any compensate and law duty.
